The musical background of Matte Botteghi started in 2000 and he is today one of the up-and-coming young artists who can make a difference on the console of the best Italian nightclubs.

His experience, professionalism and unique talent have always enabled him to appear in renowned entertainment venues and dance-floors, famous and important, starting from Matis (in Bologna), Dietro le Quinte (in Brescia), George’s (in Rovato), Dolce Club (in Saronno), Garden Pascià (in Porto Rotondo), Fantini (in Cervia), Bbk (in Marina di Ravenna) to the most exclusive Miù J’Adore (in Marotta di Fano), Coco Beach (in Desenzano) and Byblos (in Riccione) just to name some of them.

He has shot up the ladder but he is still strongly tied to Caino Fashion Club, one of the main Italian night clubs, where he has been a resident DJ since he was just 20.

A complete artist and a creative remixer, Matte has been working together with the main Italian dance labels since 2008, including “d:vision” and “Molto Recordings”.
After the glamorous remix of “In The Jungle” and later “Follow Your Heart” and “Vamos A La Playa”, two 2010 summer hits, the exclusive “Mp3” (a version made for the Italian artist Mondo Marcio on “Time” label) confirms his popularity among the new top-level Italian producers.
